One Brand, Locked on Every Card
Set your logo, colours and company name once, and they are locked on every card. An admin sets each person's job title and department, and can add your company website and links to every card.

NFC.cool Business Card for Teams gives everyone in your company a digital business card in your brand, and keeps every lead they collect in one place. Every handshake at a trade fair or client meeting becomes a contact your team can follow up right away, and when someone moves on, their leads stay with you.
Set your logo, colours and company name once, and they are locked on every card. An admin sets each person's job title and department, and can add your company website and links to every card.

Every lead the team collects lands on one page in the web dashboard, showing who captured it, who owns it and where it stands, from New to Converted. Owners, admins and managers see them all and assign them. Members see their own. You can export them as a CSV.
Connect HubSpot once and every new lead becomes a contact there, with its notes and status. If the contact already exists, we only fill in what's blank and add the notes. For any other system, a signed webhook posts each new or changed lead to an address you choose, which can be a Zapier or Make catch hook.

Write a follow-up email once, with your logo and colours, and anyone on the team can send it from a lead. Or turn on an auto follow-up for an event: for up to 7 days, every new lead gets it on its own, after a delay you pick. Replies go straight to the person whose card it was.
Team insights show views, saves, link taps and leads across the whole team, person by person and card by card, from the last 7 days to the last 12 months. Members see the numbers for their own cards.

Invite people by email, prepare a card before someone starts, and give each person a role: owner, admin, manager, billing or member. Each person gets a login and their card in the app, on iPhone and Android.
When someone leaves, their card and every lead they collected stay with your team, ready to hand to the next person, and their seat is free again.

Each person starts with one card. An admin can allow up to 10, for different roles or brands, with no extra charge.
Run your card links on a domain you own, such as cards.yourcompany.com. You confirm it with a DNS record and we take care of the certificate.
Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or any assistant that lets you add an MCP server can read your leads, draft invites, create cards and send follow-ups. A token reads only unless you allow changes, reaches one team, and admins can see every call it makes.
Sharing by NFC tap, QR code or link, Apple Wallet, Conference Mode, lead capture and analytics, with no "Made with NFC.cool" on the card. See what the Business Card app does.
