Questions
Where do I enter the code for a team?
At checkout. After you pick your seats, Stripe's payment page has an "Add promotion code" link. Enter WEBSUMMIT26 there and the free period shows up before you pay.
Do I need a payment card?
Yes, for a team. Nothing is charged during the free period, and you can cancel any time before it ends.
What happens when the free period ends?
Your plan renews at the normal price: $50 per person a year or $5 a month for a team, and $19.99 a year for Personal. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
How long can I use the code?
Until 30 November 2026.
Can we add people later?
Yes. Change seats at any time from the web dashboard, up to 500 on your own.
Does the person we meet need an app?
No. On iPhone a card opens in an App Clip, with nothing to install. On Android and computers it opens in the browser. Either way, they can save the contact.
Do we need to buy NFC cards?
No. Anyone can share by QR code or link. If you want something to tap, any writable NFC tag works, like a sticker, card or key fob.
